This generically-sized converter has a standard ribbon attached for pulling it out of common front-loading NES systems. The only thing remotely unusual about the Game Converter is that it comes in a nice, durable black casing.
 

Even the ribbon is black. It only has one label on the front (or back, whatever you consider the top side to be). Unfortunately, this adaptor doesn't seem to be NTSC suitable. So you'll either need to use a top-loader or disable the lockout chip on the front-loader...or pray that your NES is compatible.
