Rockman 7 is nothing special. In fact, it's
nothing more than Rockman 6. The title screen
isn't hacked to saying Rockman 7. It's just
plain, old Rockman 6.

Yellow cartridge = late pirate.
One of the things to note about this pirate is
the yellow cartridge. Early pirates almost never are
yellow cartridges. It wasn't until the late 90s
that pirates began showing up as yellow cartridges.
I don't know why, but these yellow cartridges, which
exist in massive numbers, are a mixed bag; sometimes
they have really awesome games and sometime they
contain the licensed version of a game close to the
title of the pirate. For instance, Rockman 7
is Rockman 6.
Yellow cartridges also tend to be lightweight
because the boards are "glob-tops," which is a black
resin placed over a small chip. These types of
boards have a higher rate of glitches than normal
boards with large chips and no globbing.
This pirate came as a part of a lot from eBay and
wouldn't be worth but a couple of dollars. But
sometimes it's worth picking up a lot of what looks
to be crappy pirates, just to see if you get
something worthwhile.
