Black Ninja

BLACK NINJA

The first enemy Ikki sees in the game is the swift black-clothed ninjas, who throw ninja stars at him. Ikki can't run into them either (of course), or he'll die.

Later on in the game the black ninjas can appear out of thin air close by Ikki to attack, which makes them much more difficult to kill with Ikki's boomerang.

Red Ninja

RED NINJA

This Power Ranger lookin' dude is a faster version of the normal black ninja. They usually appear only when Ikki's been in a stage for a long time. It's Ikki's punishment for taking so long to achieve his goals.

Firing Squad

FIRING SQUAD

This firing squad shoots from left to right, one shooter at a time, and is only found on Stage 2.

Holding Demon

HOLDING DEMON

This demon cannot be immediately hurt. It will chase Ikki forever, until it has grabbed a hold of him. It will not let go until ninjas come to kill him.

But if Ikki tosses his boomerang at the demon enough times, the spell that spawned the demon will be overturned.

Sitting Demon

SITTING DEMON

This demon wicked-looking, floating demon will chase Ikki the same as the others. It will sit on Ikki's shoulders; thus disabling his ability to toss his boomerang!

Ikki will still be able to move around, and eventually the demon will leave.

SITTING DEMON (2)

This wild-haired, floating demon is the very similar to the last one; it sits on Ikki's chest, however, instead of his shoulders. Ikki can still throw his boomerang with this demon atop him.
