Does anyone know why Super Mario Collection in my SNES results in this?

Yesterday I was sorting through some Famicom games as I am working out a (potential) sale with someone for hopefully a large set of games.  I once again came across the game which had given me that message.  When I get home I will post a picture...

Okay, here are some pics from the bootleg cart I was telling you about, for Famicom.  It was from Hot Scramble or whatever the game is called.

Interesting, piracy warning screens doesn't seem that common on Famicom games.

Is it Z Gundam Hot Scramble? Does it always show up or have you been able to play it?

It always shows up, but then after displaying, the game loads.

USA Donkey Kong Country + action replay + pal snes.
Plus all the saves got deleted.
