AC-in reconstruction

I'm in the process of doing an AV mod on my Famicom, and I have discarded the RF board. I need to reconstruct the AC-in portion of the board. I'm aware that I will need a power jack that fits with the AC adapter plug, a volt regulator with heatsink, and some capacitors that supposedly 'filter' noise. Can someone please tell me which capacitor to use?

I know that TEA4TWO makes a reconstruction of the RF board for the AV mod kit, and that board comes with a new AC power jack and whatnot. I wouldn't mind just copying that design. If someone here has a TEA4TWO AV mod board, could you provide me pic of the board with the parts? Or just tell me what's on it?


Also, does the 'filter' cap have anything to do with quality of AV image/jailbars?
