Loud humming/buzzing from AC Adapter

I have one official AC adapter that creates a loud hum/buzz through the TV speakers when plugged in the Fami. I tried using a metal file to scrape of corrosion, but there is still a loud buzzing sound. Maybe there is still corrosion on the inside of the barrel of the tip. Any other way to fix this AC adapter?

I have 5 other official AC adapters and they work fine, so it's not the system.

Replace capacitor in the adaptor

I don't know how to open up the AC adapter, it uses security screws I have never seen before. They look like rectangles.


I guess there isn't much I can do now...
