I'm new to the whole original non-super famicom thing and I purchased on ebay what was listed as a 72 to 60 pin converter and figured that was all I needed to play famicom / famiclone games. Welp, I ordered a street fighter famiclone bootleg game from Bulgaria and it came today and it is too short to fit on it, I have an FC3 Plus and the cart seems like it could fit on a regular NES board but the plastic around the chip is in the way... any idea what system / converter or what I need for this puppy?

You need a 60 to 72, not a 72 to 60.
