Hi,

I have a super famicon and I want to use it on a old Phillips crt tv(pal). I plug it in using rgb snes cable and it comes out in black and white. So I bought a ntsc to pal converter. The problem is that there is lag of about 1 second. The super famicon works on my newer TVs but I want to play the super scope games, and on the new TVs it doesn't work.

if anyone knows a ntsc to pal converter that works with the super fam, please let me know.

Sounds more like you're using a SCART cable which just has composite video and not true RGB. If you use an actual RGB cable you don't have to worry about NTSC/PAL stuff.
