still looking for a Disk System, folks! I need to get an idea as to how much I'll need to shell out for one in good working order

A working FDS ranges from about US$80-100.

I commonly see them on ebay for around $60-65 now, just an FYI.

yeah, i usually see the Twin Famicoms for about 80-100 bucks. 65 is about right for a standalone FDS.
