Ebay has been flooded with fake DS / GBA / GB games

I was looking to buy a pokemon game and almost all the results that came out are for repros and fakes. DS games even claim that they are new and sealed and the package looks like the original but i am scared to order one and they are asking top dollars too 20$ for CIB copy of pokemon diamond for example. This is sad : /

at least, you won't lost the money due to buyer's protection if it turns out to be fake

$20 isn't bad for a CIB Pokemon game. I see loose cartridges locally for upwards of $30. I agree with Famifan, just go for it and open a claim if it's fake.
