"Mahjong Academy" for FC... or MD?

Trying to find out what this MD game is, and what's its story. Can't find any hit for an MD game with this title (麻將學園), but there seems to be a FC game: http://nes123.com/1554

Any help would be appreciated!

There's some kind of logo/signature at the back of the cart, maybe it's the company logo or something...

Can you post screenshots?  If it is an original game, maybe I am interested in trading /buying it. 

But the fact that it says on the box "Chinese Version", I suspect it is just a hack/ illegal translation.  Most original games don't specify it as being Chinese version, lol.
