Frog Adventure Sachen (WANTED)

Hello, recently I found out about a Sachen game called "Frog River" but in all honesty I wasn't able to find out if it's an NES game or Famicom game, I can't even find a picture of a cartridge! 

I saw a few screenshots & it seems to be a Frogger clone but if anyone has it let me know how much, my goal is to buy it since
1) I love collecting unlicensed games (both NES & Famicom)
2) Since I couldn't find a rom of the game I plan to dump the rom.

It's a Hwang Shinwei game only released on select multicarts.
