Yeah, when done right there's no risk of damage to the box. You'd have to avoid folding it too much.

I'm happy to help with fixing up the blemishes etc as and when I have time. I don't mind doing that, I had to do it at work when we put a game on PSN and it wasn't that bad so long as the manuals are scanned right.
You have to scan just below the printing dot matrix resolution so you don't get all thos dots which are hard to clear up. Does that make sense?
This is a great idea for the exclusive disk writer games...

The only manuals I have are DDP, SMB2j, Volleyball, Metroid, and Professional Mahjong Goku
