RIP Ralph Baer, the father of video games. I was lucky to meet him and get my book signed a few years ago:

One of my old classmates from highschool died a few days ago in his sleep. He was 28.

RIP Matt Horn.

Just found out about Spock. I will miss him... He was a very iconic figure, changed many peoples lives.

Sadly, I just read that Sir Christopher Lee has passed away.  An incredible talent with a rich history of achievements, a sad day indeed.

I have just read that our Dear friend Satoru Iwata has sadly passed away, at what is a relatively young age too... :(

Not everyone agreed with his initiatives, but he did a lot of good for Nintendo, how on Earth will they replace him.

So sad. Iwata always seemed like a pretty great guy. I'll be playing some Balloon Fight in his honor.

:'( Very very sad, even sadder than when Yamauchi died since Iwata was so terribly young.

It would be nice to get a few details together of the games he worked on during the Famicom age.

He seemed a really really nice chap too.  I wasn't aware he was battling cancer either.
