When I play it, it is called "Duck".  It is a children's game with 20 levels. The object is to get the egg to the fireplace.  You are a mother hen getting through each puzzle.

I can't seem to find any other information on it to gauge how much it is worth.  It might be a complete clone.

Any idea offhand?

Bootleg of Penguin Land, check here for more info. Duck is the last entry on the page.

It's an original unlicensed game from one of the first unlicensed game companies developing games for Famicom, Bit Corp.  This is also one of their rarer games (imo), and I envy you for owning an original print version (my copy, albeit also old, is not in the original Bit case).  Game is inspired by the title Ghegs said, but this was programmed independently.  Released in Australia by Home Entertainment Suppliers on NES as well.

I was going to say that looks like Duck Maze, as I used to have the HES version of that game. It's kind of a cool twist on the Lode Runner concept, but I found at least that version of the game frustrating to the point of being unplayable. I've thought about picking up the Master System version of Penguin Land, as it looks a bit better.

hey guys so I won an auction for some fds games and was wondering if someone can ID the games for me. They are all listed as non-working but once I get my system and disks I plan to try and fix them.

From upper left: Famicom Mukashibanashi: Yuuyuuki (kouhen (latter volume)), Volley ball, Tantei Jinguuji Saburo: Kikenna Futari (can't tell if it's zenpen or kouhen), SD Gundam Gachaponsenshi, can't see you need to take a better picture.

The final loose disk is another Yuuyuuki disk (can't see if it's zenpen or kouhen though).

Quote from: MWK on July 07, 2014, 01:55:29 pmWell, I'm sorry, it's not exactly a game identification, but a console - does anyone know what kind of NES clone is this

Quote from: Profeta Yoshitake on July 07, 2014, 03:31:08 pmSeems to be a Brazilian console: the Bit System, by Dismac.

One more time, does anyone have any idea what kind of famiclone is sitting there?

Unfortunately I wasn't able to contact directly with the owner, maybe he's a member of FW forums around here?

Anyways, what's most interesting about it, is that from what I see it looks almost like our domestic "Pegasus" famiclone, but those red finishes doesn't match "Pegasus's" gray ones:

I've already managed to find one of his "relatives", the Ken-Kid famiclone, so maybe there are more of them out there?

Not only Pegasus. NTDEC Family Game has also rounded corners.

Maybe you can browse all the fancy products listed here:

I used to have a Famiclone in the same series / design as the ones posted above.  Mine was the Taiwanese (original?) version though, not a Pegasus or kId Ken or somethin like that

UglyJoe

It's called "Hyper Olympic Tonosama Version" or "Hyper Olympic Genteiban!".  It's basically a sprite hack of Hyper Olympic that replaces the main athlete with one of Ken Shimura's comedy characters.  See also: http://www.famicomworld.com/forum/index.php?topic=6806.0
