Dunno about this or not. But I would suggest using www.blip.tv
It's sort of like youtube only not as well known. They also seem to be more lax on copyrighted material on the site.
Just throwing it out there.

People need to stand up to youtube and demand they fix the "terms of usage". They can't ban everybody.
