WTS: Virtual Boy NIB, Dubai stock?

I was contacted by a person who wants to sell a virtual boy, NIB.
I did some investigation and it is likely to be from Dubai. (he seems to work in Dubai)

There is no way to prove a Virtual Boy is new because they were never sealed. The best anyone can claim is MINT condition. Same for Japanese Virtual Boy Systems and cartridges; USA  cartridges are sealed in plastic though.

Sure, but I think you can usually tell when something has been opened up and taken out then put back by human hands.  I try to find stuff that's unopened so I've built up a list of a few things to look for over the years.  It's easier to tell with games, once opened the print comes off on the folds plain as day and there are sometimes stresses on the tabs.
