Looks like Nintendoage made some changes, and as part of it, they are making everyone accept some sort of agreement before you can log in again.  Since I was feeling charitable, I actually decided to skim it and found it wasn't reasonable, they want me to sign they can give my personal info to a buncha places I don't want to have my info like the U.S. gov't and such..

So now I'm stuck, I'm totally under duress to say yes to this "agreement", since I can't log in to check on my deals or anything, but there is also no way to say no (so I can close my acount and have people know that I am not getting their messages.

I'm sure most people would have just ignored the new agreement, but anyway, it just seemed kinda sudden for me to be locked out in this way.  Guess I'm done with NA.  If anyone from NA has been trying to get in touch with me, please do so here!

It's actually pretty standard legalise for using any website and its content.  Sony, Nintendo, and Microsoft all make you agree to similar TOS before accessing their current-gen systems.

I don't have enough respect for the agreements on those consoles to skim them.  I certainly don't believe I'm actually agreeing to anything under the sort of terms like "ok, you paid 300$ for a console, now agree to this or you can't use"
there is no agreement there, plus they will have "We are altering the deal, pray we don't alter it any further" a few months later anyway.  There is no real agreement there, I am not concerned.

I had enough respect for NA to skim the agreement, it was presented to me in an honest way and I don't agree.  Simple as that I guess.

I have an account there, but rarely visit... I wonder what I should do...

I'll probably accept because I don't really care.  :-[

Maybe you signed up recently enough that they already had an agreement in place (or maybe you just didn't notice when they asked you, hehe)?  Not sure, but I know I'm locked out, with not even a contact email to send a "no thank you" to.  AWAAAA!!! hehe

I don't think I have any pending transactions, so I guess I'll just leave it, although I'd appreciate if they would delete my info that they already have, lol I have pictures of my house and stuff on there.

I never received anything about this either.  Interesting.

Well, I finally caved and clicked!  It showed me I had new messages for me and I just couldn't bear the thought of possibly someone is having a problem with something I had sold or something..

Turned out to be just a "got it, thanks" message..
