OZMA WARS

hi there
NO NES.
despite a great site like this ( but uncomplete ( I have some FC games not listed here as I think you too )) I still have no a clear idea of the existing number of officially released carts for the FC.
BUT
the worst is that I do not find a guide about the genre.
I mean
I am mainly interested in
war games ( à la Commando - Tiger Heli etc ) and
space shooters ( all of them )
...
I know years ago it was available a book in japan where all games were presented with english and japanese name AND the screenshot of the game.
Where to find it or where to find the scans or, better, where to find a website with those basic info ( as nesguide.com made for the nes ) ?
silly question but may be this exists and I was not informed.
thanks you all for info/reply.
best regards from Milano, Italy

Funny timing, just yesterday I asked for my friend in Japan to pick one of those up for me.

It doesn't have screenshots for each game, but it is the definitive book you're looking for.

There are also some books that have screenshots for every game.

Please list them here - I will get them if I don't already have em! :)

Pix'n Love released a 'NES/FC Bible' with short reviews of all the games released for the NES and FC. I wish they also had box art in there, but it is a very good book (all in French though):

I do own the book L__E__T mentioned but it is not that great (I think) - you have some good reviews and interviews in there (it is all in Japanese, but the text is also translated in English). However, most of the book has double-page pictures of the games with no description, just boxes.  (only publisher/developer/copyright info if I remember well)... I think maybe only 1% of the released games are actually reviewed in the book...

I am waiting for the NES/FC Bible to get translated as per the others :)
