Famicom blue screen

The famicom outputs This blue screen. This is not what the tv shows when there is no signal. It shows this only when the famicom is on. There is no sound.
I cleaned the pins both on the famicom and the cart.

Usually famicoms shows wight gray screen without cartridge , and NESes black screen. clone systems can show any color for example: pink, purple, blue, light blue, gray , brown, yellow.
There is a chance that tour working RAM is bad :( .
I had one clone with this issue and when I replace it it runs

Grey seems to be most common color when powered up without a cartridge, but it may also differ between board versions, chip makers, air humidity and possibly what AC-adapter you use I heard. In theory it could be any of the 64 possible colors the PPU can generate.

That screen doesn't look like the normal uninitialized-PPU-screen though.
Are you using RF or composite? Looks like RF in the picture. In that case did it work on that TV before with RF?
