PatMan33

Been looking for it for almost a decade.

I nearly had one a few years ago (it was in flawless condition, too) but someone else outbid me at the last second. Haven't seen another one since... though not for lack of trying. I've used just about every contact I have to try to find one. Even had people in Japan looking around for one and there just seems to be no luck in finding the thing.

If any of you know of one or are able to find one, please let me know! :D

I saw one on an auction a couple years back, probably the same one as it was nearly new.  I'm sure someone had a massive snipe placed on it.

I'm not posting a full collection pic since I have Rockman 5, Zelda 2 :diskkun:, Metroid :diskkun: and Kid Icarus :diskkun: on order(thanks Eric) but I've decked out my box where I keep my Famicom games so I thought I'd post that.

so many great collections on here. I have a modest Famicom collection, but here's a couple shots of my gaming area.

Here's my NES, Famicom, Master System and Mega Drive (2 rows of the SMS and SMD not great for displaying I plan on putting up some longer shelves)

Some unorganised games, Wii, boxed SNES/NES, Saturn, GC, DS, GBA

and here's my little Atari setup, sometimes I set a Master System up with this TV also.

@garyptaszek: I absolutely love the TOTAL! sticker on your SNES. The german TOTAL! was the best gamingmag we ever had, though we never got that sticker :D

I remember Mean Machines being my favourite magazine here, when Megadrive and SNES were the things to have.

I used to love the artwork and cartoons in the mag so much.  Years later I was down the pub talking to a colleague and it turns out he was the artist!

@garyptaszek Nice, I notice you have MK for the Sega Master System. That port looks awesome.
So ends another chapter in the glorious legend of the Ninja... Until next time...

Thanks, my girlfriend bought that SNES for my birthday a year back and said "sorry it has stickers on it but it works fine and I'm sure you can peel them off" I was like "no way, I'll never get hold of those stickers again so they're staying there" glad someone appreciates them  :D

Yeah I noticed you were looking for that game in the FS section. It's alright, kinda strange playing a fighting game with only 2 buttons and the worst D-Pad ever :P but I think its the only Mortal Kombat I've actually beat!

Haha, it probably takes some getting used to. The only 8-bit MK I've played are the Famicom pirate ones, which honestly play more like a butchered Street Fighter. As for the controller, luckily I use a Genesis 6-button for my Master System, which in my opinion is the best D-pad ever.  ;D

yeah the 6 button MD controller is killer! even better then the Saturn controller for fighting games... but I like to use the original Master System controller for the novelty I guess.

I still have Rockman 1 on order, but I couldn't wait anymore  :D

Btw the second row of FDS games are all rewritten disks with custom made covers, so don't see them as valuable. (Thanks again Eric)

fredJ

I recognize half the games, LOL.
Btw, I also have FDS rewriting requipment but I don't have a computer with LPT port and the LPT cable.
