Title: GB EVERDRIVE - NOW AVAILABLE
Post by: L___E___T on November 20, 2013, 04:50:23 am
It has arrived.  Well, no it hasn't - but it has been conceived!

Cause for celebration!  Waiting to hear about features.  Folks have fingers crossed for GBC support.

Me?  I'd prefer a very solid GBA Everdrive.  Hopefuly this is the first step.  Heck, it might even be included in the features.  GBA flashcart in a GB case would still be great.

Great! If it has the same level of quality as the Famicom Everdrive it might be very good! Now I just have to learn Z80 (the processor used in Gameboy)! :-[ lol

Let me know if you ever want to sell that EZ IV, I only have a three and need a four to get the most out of it.

I hope krikzz ads a feature like DBmax for the DoctorGB carts that let's you choose different color palletes. Some games like  Kid Icarus, when used with a certain color pallete look like they are Gameboy Color games.

nah gotta keep my iv my gameboy player would be naked without it :) would be nice if he made a 2 in 1 cart with gba and a switch to gb/gbc mode and cover all bases.

i know u can still find some ezflash iv around but they seem to have gone up in price in the last few years from ~$30 to ~$40 but still a good deal.

Would help me locate one?  I can't find one anywhere.  I'd love to drop $40 on one if I could only find one (hence me pestering you about yours) :)

Well I took the plunge and bought one - let's hope it turns up.

If it does, let's hope my PC can run the software, unlike the others :(

You can buy the Everdrive GB right now folks!  I just ordered one without the shell.

Finally! Now I can retire my old dev-PC and the Bung X-changer. I've also been using one of those cheap USB carts on my current machine but it's been pretty cumbersome. It's going to be interesting running some code on this thing! :)

I ordered one and dusted off the modded Gameboys. I also ordered one if those knockoff "GB Boy Colour"s with a backlit screen to try it out. Awwww yeah.

Would really like to get one of those GB BOYs to test it with.

The GB Everdrive has shipped!  So should be with me start of next week - I'll try and document a full review when it arrives once I've got the PCB in a cart shell and all :D

I'm looking forward to that. :)
If I ever get the time to look into GBZ80 I might get this sometime if it's good.
