Title: Subor SB2000 Famiclone
Post by: doctorlai on February 12, 2014, 09:01:24 pm
SB2000 is the last famiclone (with floppy disk) produced by Subor in China around 1997.

For more information: http://helloacm.com/introduction-to-8-bit-famicom-clone-subor-sb2000/ (http://helloacm.com/introduction-to-8-bit-famicom-clone-subor-sb2000/)

I've got one, but unfortunately, I don't have too many software.

The good thing about this famiclone is the keyboard and mouse can be replaced, they use standard (at that time) AT (big PS/2) and RS232 (9 pin) socket.

I've also replaced floppy disk driver with a USB emulator to improve the experience (the floppy disk is not stable/robust)

Awesome! I would like one of these. It seems similar to the BBGDOS. I also take a Chinese class in school, so I might be able to read the characters on the packaging and screen in a few more years.

Cool.I'll try to find a good translator for these websites and files. Google Translate isn't always reliable.
