I'm looking to obtain the complete collection of the Irem games released for the Famicom. Except of course for the elusive unreleased IF-19 which most of us speculate to be legend of hero tonma. Here is video gameplay of the prototype https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=xnjG2FnpLJU . The ones I need to fill the holes in my collection are mostly kusoge that I'm not willing to pay more then a few bucks for and would much rather trade for. There is one high ticket game on the list (metal storm) that I'm obviously willing to trade/pay a lot more for. In the post I've included links to my trade videos and pics of the games I currently own. So having said that here is the list.
Hototogisu: The Final Simulation IF-10
Kyotaro Nishimura Mystery: Super Express Satsukinjiken IF-17
Metal Storm IF-21
Taiyou no Yusha Firebird IF-26

What's with owning all the IREM games, out of interest?
I like the cart style and labels especially the ones with the screenshot on the back. since I own most of the gems and rare games for famicom I'm just trying to set small collecting goals that won't be hard to achieve.
New games arrived. Oshiete is in the mail.
Oshiete arrived in the mail today. I know someone has some of these games collecting dust some where why not trade them to me.
Good luck with completing the collection!
Metal Storm is a great game, it's just a shame it's so rare/expensive. I paid about $70 with shipping for my copy but it's one of the gems of my collection~
Have a complete version of Kyotaro Nishimura Mistery: Blue Train Satsukinjiken IF-11
pm if interested.
At this point that's a pretty good price. It's a really good game, though.
As for Jay-Ray, good luck finding the no-LED carts. I've got a 10 Yard Fight but Spelunker without the LED is prohibitively expensive.
CIB no LED Sqoon. I have all four loose no LED games in the mail.
Does anyone know exactly why some of these games came with no LED? I saw a couple when I was in Japan (in Mandarake) and they usually warranted $100+ prices.
They are late rereleases that didn't sell very well and were limited in quantity. The no LED is because it was too expensive to Manufacture and not practical.
All four no LED irem carts
So the no led version is just a more expensive variant? Interesting.
