Hi. I need some help. My best friends birthday is coming up in a few months and I would like to know is it possible to mod san andreas. See my buddy is a HUGE fan of Dragon Ball. I want to make him a mod of GTA SA where CJ is Great Saiyaman. SA is Satan City (Hercule City if you grew up with the 1990's dub) So,could I mod the PC version to do this? If I could, how would I? Thats a lot of work. I suggest going to a specialist GTA modification site for starters:

Try asking on the forums there after you've read their FAQ etc.

Look it's Gohan the Great Saiyaman and the famous Satan City.. Mr. Satan is full of crap (he did technically save the planet from Cell & Kid Boo) but he's there for comic relief after all.
