I am trying to make a list of known unreleased Famicom games, which have prototypes floating around. Here is what I have thus far:
Parody World: Monster Party
Strider
Untitled RPG (FDS)
Aliens (FDS)
Bio Force Ape
Legendary Wings (known proto dumped and same as the NES version)
Anything I am missing? Please only include titles with known prototypes (i.e. protos found now, not something where a proto may have existed and been displayed at a CES years ago, and probably lost forever now). Source-only stuff also allowed.
I have a sneaking feeling there is another thread with tons on...

Another thread I had seen was a bit misleading; I am not sure if it is the same thread you are referencing or not. ;)
The other thread I came across had listed games where there were "protos" assumed to exist, via being shown at CES conventions and the like. Although I like to think otherwise, so much stuff that may have existed back in the day is now long gone, possibly lost forever, so that is not what I am trying to find here. I am just trying to make a list of games, with known prototypes existing, either in collectors' hands, or in a vault / museum, but known to exist 100%, where someone at this moment could pop it in and play it.
I think it's a good idea if there's no such list.

Do NES prototypes count (as long as it's unreleased)?
NES USA protos:
Bashi Bazook: Morphoid Masher
Blockout
Earthbound
Exerion 2
Final Fantasy II
Hard Drivin'
Hit the Ice
Mr Gimmick
Secret Ties
Squashed
Sunman
Taro's Quest
Most of these can be confirmed in Lost Levels articles (http://www.lostlevels.org/archives.php). Mr Gimmick I only heard about from Retrozone when they where selling repros of it.
Titan Warriors
California Raisins
Tower of Radia (Chronicles of Radia ;))
I'd be interested if a prototype of Arc Hound exists.

Arc Hound prototype exists. It was on the Japan Yahoo Auctions a few years ago.
