Is it just plastic? Should I get one? Are they rare? What do they do?
It's a circular rubber D-pad cover, used for grip and to reduce muscle strain when playing.
I never used one, so I have no idea if it's good or not. If you have the chance to get one for cheap, why not. But I doubt it's worth hunting down.
