Picked up this modified famicom console, and the controllers have some cool overlays. Can someone identify what game it is please?

It's Dragon Quest sticker from Famitsu magazine.

I've bought Famicoms with sticker overlays before. Mine was Kirby! I took them off because I thought they were pretty ugly haha ;)
