Please note that this Hori Pikachu controller will connect via the Wiimote's bottom port (as such is recognised as a Classic Controller but with the style of a GameCube controller).
I've got this on pre-order and can't wait to get my own since I have wanted after they showed it off, only reason I didn't import was due to the custom fees.
The differences between this and a normal GameCube controller:
- D-PAD is bigger and better
- It connects via a Wiimote
- It only has digital triggers
- Has a left shoulder button (which the original did not)
- Only digital triggers
- Four buttons: Turbo, Select, Home and Start (the original only had one, Start/Pause)
- Pikachu themed controller
