I modded my Famicom with an NESRGB. I replaced the 8 pin mini din with a Genesis 2/Megadrive 2 9 pin mini din so I could have composite video, RGB, and audio out from one single port. I also mounted the S-Video jack so I could have that option as well. I added a red rectangle flush mounted power LED and also. I used a pair of 8 pin mini dins for the controller ports and replaced the cable in my player 1 controller. I'm still waiting on another cable for player 2, the MIC will still function and it is wired so I can adapt NES controllers or Zapper lightguns with an NES extension cable and 8 pin mini din cable.

You really have talent at building custom Famicoms. That's serious talent!

Thanks, it's fun to mod systems. I've decided to keep this one and sell my AV Famicom.
It is an incredible mod, and personally even though I will have mine; I will keep my AV Famicom next to it. :)
fantastic!, can we see the internals ? :bub: ::)
