Does anyone know if something like this exists? I know both exist as separate products, but I've been looking for a two-way connection for awhile and haven't had any luck.

I've never seen one. It would need a digital-to-analog converter and an analog-to-digital converter inside of it, which means the price tag for such a device would likely be the same as buying them separately.
