Appears to be a Disk Writer in someone's private collection: https://twitter.com/kazzykazycom/status/594858898969927680/photo/1 (https://twitter.com/kazzykazycom/status/594858898969927680/photo/1)

It is just a replica.
If anyone's seen the GameCenter CX movie, there's a (real?) Disk Writer in it. Arino even said in one episode that it was on "special loan" from Nintendo.

Oh, haha, yeah. I didn't bother to look at his other tweets where he shows in-progress photos of it being built. :-[
I saw it too, nice idea! :D
i want to see it in action.... :D Since there is a tv and disk slot
Had me excited for a moment there.
Oh man, the possibilities. Are there no confirmed units still in existence?
I have one of those. It's a toy. It is used for Disk storage.
You can see it in this video briefly:

I have one of those FDS storage cases too Vinnk - but this is something different, have another look ;)
I also saw this machine in the GCCX episode (did not see the movie yet). I did not know about this device before. Was it used to purchase or fix or advertise FDS games?
It was to purchase and write games To disks.
