I've got a Final Fantasy cartridge for the Famicom in good condition and its been translated to English with the Final Fantasy Restored hack which also includes several bug fixes and enhancements. You can now buy 10 items in the potion shop, run by pressing B and not have your warrior order changed when on of them gets poisoned!

The price is $35 shipped in the US. I can also convert Final Fantasy II and Final Fantasy III and make someone a complete set as well. A complete set would cost $85 shipped.

I do have the original masked rom, but if you are asking if the language is switchable or if you can slip a switch to revert it back to the original game, no you can't :-[.
