Hi guys,
I'm looking at buying donkey long country as I've lost my PAL snes version.
The superfamicom version seems to be much cheaper, are the any differences between tho two?
Thanks
I'm not sure about content differences, but a SFC game won't work in your PAL SNES without an adapter.
Thanks for the reply.
I've got a retron 5 so can play famicom games. Just wanted to check the gameplay is the same.

As far as I can tell, the only difference is the language and that doesn't affect gameplay.

This website, The tcrf or The Cutting Room Floor, is a good resource for finding out everything subtle difference between versions of some games. There's plenty of cool fun facts here. 8) Some versions of games are more rare than others and I've had people specifically ask me for certain versions of some zelda games because they wanted to do certain glitches. I did have one guy ask me for early versions of Donkey Kong Country on Super Famicom as well. I believe people want these games for speed running or to do crazy glitches.
Thanks that's a pretty cool site.
I don't know why I didn't think to check there. I use that site all the time.
