Hahaha! That's creepy, maybe it's where they keep their dead relatives. "Where's Grandma?" "She's in Heaven son." That or an outside toilet with built in gloryhole.

It's probably just a place where some parents put their kids when they want alone time. Cages aren't acceptable anymore and this must have been a reasonable substitute. ;D
Or it could actually be heaven. Only time will tell.

I actually just passed by there yesterday (only time I've seen it again since), and I noticed there's also a door on the back. But it looks like a locked emergency exit. :-\ I haven't gone inside

Edit: I went back there today, and I saw the guy who lives there, and I asked him what it was about. He told me it was a leftover from a haunted house thing for Halloween. The room acted like an "elevator" but instead rode on a conveyor belt (that shook around). There were two rooms: a
Heaven and a

Sounds awesome! The London Bridge Experience has that same effect actually, and it does feel like you're going way down Underground!
