Title: Just made new labels and carts for my old Chinese multicart chips
Post by: aarkay14 on February 06, 2016, 06:12:51 pm
Hi All!

Just wanted to show what I made over the weekend!

New housing for old multicart chips that I had laying around - It was so much fun! - Ordered some empty famiclone game cases from a Chinese website , did some googling, photoshopping, laser printing, laminating and wallah ! the results are awesome:

For this one below, I already had the case but no label, so I cleaned it up and gave it a touch up black paint shade and it looks like brand new:

These cart housing I got from China:

$2 each.

If you are looking at resale value.  Multicarts are hard to sell in general, and then most collectors want the old / original cases.

But for personal use, I think those labels looked fun to make.  :)

Here's the irony - if they were in NES cartridges with 72pin converters they would worth quite a substantial amount more :)
