Just recently got my hands on a BVM-20F1U for my first steps into RGB and want to start getting some modded consoles. First has to be an AV Famicom for sure.
Drop me a PM if you have one you're willing to sell, thanks.
if it is purely Famicom RGB output you are looking for,
maybe this is worth a look:

it outputs AV composite, VGA, RGB (making a cable for it is really easy,
i can send you the schematics for it of you want)
stereo sound through audio jack,
palette switch,
built in fourscore,
power led,
Famicom DB15 expansion port,
and a switch for scanlines.
i use it with scart on my B&O MX-7000 and it looks absolutely crisp,
also, i have it mounted on 8 of those pcb mounting legs,
with some spacers on top for the plexiglass top cover with the cartslot cut out, which makes it look really cool.
if you are a little tech savvy this thing is really easy to upgrade with stuff like NES cart slot, LED lights wherever you like,
custom shell, hook up NES controller ports (pinouts are widely available),
really, anything you can dream up is possible,
without destroying or permanently altering a classic console.
also, they are about a third of the price of an RGB modded Fami, ofcourse, that helps too. ;D

Oh wow that is awesome looking, although I don't think I'd be able to make any of the cables myself, lacking the technical skill required. I'd be totally down to buy one if I could get all the cables made for me though! ;D
Sounds like there might be a wait though!
i got mine in 6 weeks,
well worth the wait.
you can shoot Leo a PM and ask him for an estimated delivery time.
he is a really stand-up guy, very helpful and friendly,
i know he is prety busy lately, but i'm sure he will reply in time.
you can ask him if he can sell you a pre-made rgb cable,
and if he can't,
tell me the specs of your tv and i will tell you how to make one,
or i'll make one for you.
it is really easy, especially if your tv has scart.
2 wires for audio plus ground,
1 wire for sync,
1 each for red, green and blue, plus ground,
and one for switching.
the diagram is self-explanatory.
