I am selling a yellowish (but not that super yellow either) Sega Mark III in perfect working condition.
The system would come with its two controllers (they don't have the little stick) and that's it....no PSU, no A/V cable. Only the system, and two controllers.

As for the RGB you could..but I heard the megadrive RGB cable is very alright if not bad...you would need an amplified one which I have and works great. I bought it from Okatu, a French store specialized in modding cables or systems.
