The old board had a recorded 11 members at once at like 6am in the morning. Right.
But at this new forum, most I've seen are 4.
Is there anyway to track it so it shows on the home page?
The stats page tells you all you need to know about the board.
Yeah, I discovered that -- but I think it's still lying. Says seven members online at once. Must be those bots you all mentioned before the jump.

A miracle of 8 yesterday -- and I wasn't around to take part.
We've been doing great lately. The stats show something like 42 at one time, but that's because of spam bots, etc. I think 18, with guests, would be about right.
Wow that's great news. I tell some of my friends about this crazy forum!! It has been more active lately.

That's a lot of people maybe famicom is due for a comeback in the next generation console battle!!
I can't view IP addresses to confirm it, but I'd guess that most of the guests are just spiders crawling and indexing the forum.

my wife made me put famicom away because all my stuff took too much space :( I can still play them on emulator or my psp though....I just get too lazy to bring the stuff out my closet sometimes...too much work awaaaaa! :o

tingle gives me the creeps!
Tingle is creepy, but very helpful in the game.
He can drop bombs on your enemies on the sea for a few rupees.
What out admins....we have had a TON of problems with bot attacks lately. They have been very aggressive and completely shutting NintendoAGE down by overwhelming our business grade server. Has been a real pain in the arse.

Spam and bot attacks are the worst. We had that on the nesfiles, too. Sometimes hundreds of spam posts within several minutes.
Yep, they suck! We have had 300+ "attack" us at one time....totally crashes the huge server we are on. Not been as bad lately cause we have been combating it some :)

I hope it doesn't happen here. At one point, we made new forum members get approval prior to them being able to use the forum, but we dropped that a while back. I guess that'd be our way of combating that some.
We had to go in and physically ban the IP address's. Has been a real pain in the arse but it seems to be working now.

I wouldn't count guests that much since they're usually search engine or spam robots scanning the forum for delicious keywords to add to their databases.
