Ah yes, I remember doing this mod to PAL NES back when I lived in New Zealand. ;D
Then I went to do one for a friend.....who had a different revision of the board, and i couldn't do it, as the contact points were different. :'(
So, it can be done, just check your board revision before trying :)
so if it works on PAL NESes is this apply to all PAL regions or... ? :)
