So. I may be going off the deep end here...
But...I have a number of Famicom games, and with very limited exception, they're loose. Pirates, and official.
Some of my pirate carts are of harder to find titles, or of titles that would be fairly expensive if purchased as official carts. Most of my official carts are just fun games, but I value them anyway.
Does anyone have a source for cases that fit FC carts (standard form factor), that can also take art inserts? Would be a fun thing to do, and enhance the visual appeal of the collection.
Not sure if they fit but what about Mega Drive cases? Aliexpress is not an option for me. Ali owes the state I live in tax/tariff money, and can't ship to anyone with an address in state.
That's interesting. Us insists that AliExpress pays taxes for business conducted on US soil but Apple isn't supposed to pay taxes for business conducted on foreign soil? ;)
Either way, you could probably pick up some cheap genesis clam-shells from somewhere like here, there will also be US sellers I'm sure:

I've got those actually on watch list. I have heard Genesis/Megadrive cases will hold FC carts, and the description seems to back this. I was hoping to find more like lots of 10 at a time though, but I'll take what sources I can find.

Well, maybe ebay or some other local supplier or something then.
My point was to consider mega drive/genesis cases since i think those carts have around the same dimensions as a famicom cart. Just a guess though, I haven't tried it myself.

Good luck OP - the game cases shown there have a picture with a Famicom cart inside, so I would be 99& confident that any other Genesis clam-shell case can accommodate them!
I saw that pic too. Looks quite nice actually. Makes me want to buy some cases for my fc carts as well now
