I'm looking for a cheap Japanese Dreamcast and Sega Saturn with the cables and controllers.
Location
Finland
You are in need of a PAL region European GameCube. It could be hard to find unfortunately, but I'm certain one of our international friends could help you. Shipping will vary greatly.

I found few Japanese Gamecubes on Ebay and i would have to get a EU power supply for, if i decide to buy one of them.
I think the PAL GC is the only one to have RGB which is why people want those more. But you can always play GC games in RGB on a cheap Wii so I also opted for a JP cube :)
No I was stating that he's from Finland, that's a PAL region; so logically he will need a PAL system.
Unless he wants an imported system, which in that case I recommend one with a modchip. I have an extra chipped GC with GB Player, but I think the shipping from Canada to Finland might ruin any hope of a deal.
You can NOT buy modchips for like $5 on aliexpress. I just wanted to say that. Now on to the topic! just get the cheapest cube with gb player you can find. WHAT EVER YOU DO DONT BURN THE GB PLAYER DISC AS THAT IS PIRACY and besides you wouldn't be able to play it without a modchip.. The gb player boot discs can be stupid expensive, but there is a free homebrew alternative that is apparently full of features not available with the official boot disc. . Jap ones are pretty cheap though and a modchip would allow you to play it, so you should get one, but as already stated, you CANT get them from aliexpress. Or you could always be a pirate but once again that involves a modchip. You'll have to find that yourself.
Ps: I edited this post so many times that it is now more screwed up than it was before, and quite frankly, I am too lazy to re-write it. You should get the gist of it though.
I don't see Nintendo selling GB Players or boot discs. Honestly, I think they're more concerned with people buying things like 3DS flash carts and Wii U modchips, because you know, the 3DS and Wii U are still being sold at retail.
I recommend a modchip because nearly all of them remove the region check, leaving only the issue of 50Hz / 60Hz which is software specific.
I was playing around. I def think you should get a modded GameCube.

I bought a PAL Gamecube from a local seller and what is the best modchip for the Gamecube?
The only one that ever seems available is the XenoGC modchip. It allows DVD-Rs of course, but also removed the region lockout on retail discs. It's also easy to install, just 6 wires (or no wires which I don't recommend due to flux getting underneath the XenoGC board, which can cause problems).
