Title: Did Nintendo 1st party games use white dev disks?

Does it mean 1st party games did not? I am a bit confused. Give me a hand :)

Totally , as example : The Legend Of Zelda used a White disk , also in this photo you can see Miyamoto and a Dev disk near to the disk system (http://img4.meristation.com/files/imagenes/general/original_39.jpg) (Near the Fami controller)

Thanks there! For a moment I thought they had their own special dev disks. I wandered on the brink of total madness until you posted.
