Title: Zapper on the Famicom AV with Tim Worthington NESRGB board
Post by: cherry.j on June 07, 2018, 03:56:13 am
Hi,
I'm a FW forum newbie ;D and was just wondering if the original NES Zapper works on the Japanese AV Famicom :redcart:, with the Tim Worthington NESRGB board, it has the same port, so just checking if someone has the same setup? I am using a CRT TV hooked up with a scart cable.
Many thanks folks.

Thanks for this! :star: I'm not a seasoned solderer, but I'll give it a go at some point.

This is what I use for light gun games .

https://www.amazon.com/Converter-Nintendo-Accesories-Famicom-Sharp-AV/dp/B00NHATUTW/ref=mp_s_a_1_15?ie=UTF8&qid=1528728819&sr=8-15&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=nes+to+famicom+controller+-super

It looks like they aren't for sale right now but hopefully they will restock.
