You can discuss rom hacks and post links to patches, but don't post links to any roms.

I hack the Street Gangs (Known as River City Ransom in USA and Downtown Nekketsu Monogatari in Japan), i get crappy garbled screen while hacking!: as well as color palette cycling and light blue screen! :'(
