Console only, power button stays always on, I think it is an easy repair for somebody familiar with. It has a full-size PCB with real chips. (PAL)
I will calculate shipping upon request, it will shipped from Turkey, Turkish postal service rates are reasonable. Make an offer!

It's DB-15, like most Micro Genius clones.
