Would like to buy a Hanabishi brand Famiclone either loose or CIB. Complete in box preferred, but you know :)
Please shoot me a message if you have one for sale. I am located in California, USA.
Thanks in advance! :star:
Could this be...the sole item you don't own?
A Famiclone produced in the Philippines? I can't say I've ever heard mention of it before! :bub:
This?

There are tons of things I don't have ;D This is an item I remember seeing commercials of almost every week and thought it would be something cool to have for nostalgia. I've looked off and on, not that hard for years but recently been motivated to try again.
Yeah Hanabishi is an electronics brand that has been strong and continues to this day in the Philippines. However I believe the Hanabishi Famicoms were also sold in Hawaii. I used to watch a Hawaiian TV station on the mainland back in the 80s. These are the commercials I mentioned above. Sadly I could never find these commercials online, but years ago I bought some bootleg DVDs of a TV show I used to watch in the 80s and some of the discs have the commercials embedded in them haha.

That's it! :star:
This looks really cool, sadly now I have something else to track down as well.
I messaged a guy from my church about it last night, he claims he still has his (working condition too, no idea boxed or not), though I sense that it's not up for grabs as he said he and his son used to play on it. I'm sure it won't be the last time that this comes up with the guy, so if I somehow end up getting a source for these, I'll try to help you out too!

It's amazing I can't find any pictures of one on the internet lol
Yeah any help would be greatly appreciated :)
Here's a bunch of pics I got from FB.
I doubt that any of those are still available but I just posted this so that people looking for the Hanabishi Famicom would find this.
As you can see one of the earlier(or newer, not really sure) Hanabishi Famiclones has AARONIX on it's badge a quick google search and this comes up.

QuoteAaronix (阿羅士) were a electronics company responsible for distributing Sega's SG-1000 II and Sega Mark III in Taiwan. Little is known about them.

How much did it sell for in the end? Sad that our friend did not get to see it again before he passed.
Hopefully you were able to snag it FCgamer.

Yeah I managed to win it, it was low three figures. It's hard to put a price on stuff like this especially in such nice condition
That's good news, and a fair price I think. Would you be able to upload some pics for the thread?
Originals are gone, so it'd be great to see some good clear pics for the site. Sometimes FW is the top result for people googling obscure fami goods like this!

Sure! I'll try to do it sometime this week. :)
