Sorry if this thread already exists but is there a list of all the offical FDS blue disk games? I know there's: 3D Hot Rally, Famicom Golf Japan and US and that (2 part?) high school game but I'm sure there's more. Doing a quick Google search shows those few and a bunch of pirates on blue disks.
You got most of them:

Risa no Yousei Densetsu
Nakayama Miho no Tokimeki High School
I think that's it. Risa is the only one you didn't touch on - it's the only non-first party blue disk.

Both Risa no Yousei Densetsu and Nakayama Miho no Tokimeki High School are adventure games featuring real idols, but they are two different games.
The Risa game doesn't seem to use the fax system (http://www.hardcoregaming101.net/risa-no-yousei-densetsu/) despite using a blue disk.
There was this other blue-disk game about calling people, but I can't remember the name...
