I believe you can use the Retrode.

Is there a Retrode that supports Famicom cartridges though?

I think the cartridge dumper/programmer Kazzo can do it. INL used to sell them but they have upgraded it to a new device (http://www.infiniteneslives.com/inlretro.php) that apparently doesn't support save dumping yet. The Kazzo is open source though so you could build it or possibly buy it from someone else that makes them.

I am selling a customized Kazzo version. (https://www.famicomworld.com/forum/index.php?topic=14736.0)
It can read/write RAM to any game as well as read the CHR and PRG ROM assuming you have the mapper script for it or know how to make one if it's missing. :)

Aside from that, sanni's cartreader (https://github.com/sanni/cartreader) can do the same for most known mappers as well if you have the proper adapters, etc.
