Just put it over 3206 chip and solder 8 points. No need to cut any wire from the 3206 drive board. It will detect when it need to write. And write data same as 7201 chip.

Usually chips are sanded like that so that prospective reverse engineers have a harder time dumping the code and making repros (because they don't know what chip it is).
I'd wager this example is a PIC16! It's fa-sho a ATF16V8B!

The different is mine no need to cut two wires. And I tested mine fully support all MGD1/FDSStick/FDSEmu/Copy Master/Tonkachi Editor/Disk Hacker else..
I beleive the one from famicomworld will work too. But I don't test it.
